At Kehalim Ltd., your satisfaction with the TeslaBox service (the "Service") is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to ensuring that our customers have a positive experience, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Cancellation Requests:

You may request cancellation of the TeslaBox Service at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us directly or through the payment provider, with your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for your cancellation request. Once we receieve your cancellation request, we will process it promptly and notify you when it is completed.

Service Cancellation:

If you cancel within a trial period, you won't be charged since no credit card was required. If you cancel a paid subscription, your Service will remain active until the next billing cycle, after which you will not receive any further updates, support, or usage to the features provided by the TeslaBox Service. If you have chosen to use additional and/or 3rd party software on the device (including, but not limited to TeslaMate), access to this software and its data remain at your responsibility.

Delayed Cancellation:

While we strive to process cancellations promptly, there may be instances where cancellations are delayed due to business days/hours, processing times associated with our payment provider and/or unforeseen circumstances. If you were charged beyond your cancellation request, we will issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times for refunds may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Chargebacks

We kindly request that you do not file a chargeback with your payment provider during the cancellation or refund process. Chargebacks can be detrimental to our ability to offer a flexible cancellation policy and may incur additional fees and administrative time. Refund Amount:

If issued, the amount of your refund will depend on the nature of your refund request and the timing of your purchase. We may offer a partial refund at our discretion, taking into account the duration of use and any costs incurred by Kehalim Ltd. for providing the Service up to the point of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that some items associated with the Service may be non-refundable, such as lifetime TeslaBox license, hardware, mobile data plan and third-party software licenses that have been issued and activated. We will inform you of any non-refundable costs when processing your refund.
